Last updated: October 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Freedom Empowering Capital Management LLC (“Affiliateking AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use https://affiliatekingai.com, https://www.affiliatekingai.com, and related product surfaces (the “Service”).

We built the Service on the Base44 platform. We do not claim specific GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy certifications.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

Account and identity

  • Email address and password (or equivalent credentials) when you register
  • Name or display name if you provide it
  • If you sign in with Google, the email address and account identifiers Google provides so we can log you in

Product / onboarding data

  • Niche intake answers (e.g. niches, experience level, goals, budget bands)
  • Affiliate profile settings and preferences
  • Content and site inputs you provide (keywords, product notes, edits)

Generated and stored content

  • Generated sites, articles, creatives, campaigns, metrics views, optimization recommendations, and related records created in your account
  • Publish URLs / subdomain suggestions associated with your sites

Payment and billing

  • Subscription plan, status, and billing-related metadata
  • Payment card and billing details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

Network connections (when you connect them)

  • Credentials, tokens, tracking IDs, or account identifiers you authorize for affiliate networks you choose to connect (such as Amazon, Impact, ShareASale, or CJ, when those connectors are available on your plan)
  • Metrics and link data returned from those networks after you connect them

Technical and usage data

  • IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate timestamps
  • Cookies or similar technologies used for login sessions and basic site operation
  • Operational logs from the host platform (Base44) and from edge services such as the CDN in front of the site
  • We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-GR8QPRF9B1) to measure page views and a small set of product events: sign_up, intake_complete, site_generated, checkout_started, and subscribe. We do not send names, email addresses, or payment details to Google Analytics. We do not use a session-recording tool.

Communications

  • Messages you send us (for example, support email)
  • Your email address if you choose to join a newsletter or waitlist. We store that address ourselves. We have not connected a separate newsletter vendor.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive government ID numbers or full payment card numbers on our own systems.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Provide the Service (intake, recommendations, site/content generation, analytics UI, optimizations)
  • Process subscriptions and send billing-related notices via Stripe and email
  • Improve reliability, security, and product features
  • Send transactional messages about the Service. We send marketing email only if you opt in, or where the law allows it.
  • Comply with law, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not use your content to invent earnings claims about you in our marketing.

4. How we share information (third parties)

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

  • Stripe processes payments. Typical data: billing email, payment method tokens, subscription amounts, invoices.
  • Base44 hosts the application. Typical data: account data, app content, logs, and auth tokens stored by the platform.
  • Google, if you use Google sign-in. Typical data: the account identifiers needed to log you in.
  • Affiliate networks, only when you connect them. Typical data: credentials or tokens you authorize, and metrics for your publisher account.
  • Email and infrastructure providers that send transactional mail or serve the site (including the CDN and DNS in front of the site). Typical data: email address, delivery metadata, and security logs.
  • Professional advisors, if we need advice on a dispute or a legal question. Limited data as needed.
  • Authorities, when required by valid legal process.

We share pseudonymous usage data with Google Analytics 4 so we can see how the site and product are used.

Generated customer sites you publish may be publicly accessible on the internet (including under *.affiliatekingai.com when that hostname is live). Do not put secrets in public pages.

We do not sell subscriber lists. Network partner sharing happens because you connect those accounts.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication and security (for example, session tokens). Blocking essential cookies may prevent login.

Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to measure usage. We do not currently show a cookie consent banner.

You can control cookies through your browser.

6. Retention

We keep account and generated content while your account is active, and afterward only as long as we need it for legal, tax, security, or backup reasons.

  • Active accounts: retained while the account remains open
  • Closed accounts and deletion requests: after we verify a deletion request, we delete or anonymize personal data within the time required by law, except records we must keep for law, disputes, fraud prevention, or tax
  • Billing records: kept as long as tax and accounting rules require
  • Backups and logs: may persist for a limited time after deletion, then age out

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. U.S. state laws (including Colorado privacy law, where applicable) and other regimes may apply. We do not sell personal information for money.

To exercise rights or request deletion:

  1. Email freedomempowering1@yahoo.com from the address on your account
  2. Tell us what you want (access, correction, deletion, export)
  3. We may verify your identity before acting

You can update some profile data in the product Settings. Where the product offers the control, you can disconnect Google sign-in or an affiliate network connection.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. Children’s privacy

The Service is for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a hosted SaaS app, including HTTPS and the host platform’s access controls and password handling. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. International users

We operate from the United States (Colorado). If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our processors, including Base44 and Stripe, operate.

We do not claim Standard Contractual Clauses or other specific international transfer mechanisms.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice when appropriate (for example, email or an in-app notice). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
